Talent Acquisition & Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition & Business Development Executive to join our Singapore office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role blends recruitment expertise with business development, supporting the growth of our advisory services by attracting top talent and forging strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and coordinate interviews for prospective candidates, managing recruitment pipelines and candidate relationships.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies across online and offline channels, and support onboarding of new hires.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support client engagement initiatives, events and networking activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a related field.
• Proven track record in recruitment; experience in sales, business development or client‑facing roles is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, networking and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, resourceful and results‑oriented.
• Comfortable engaging with professionals across diverse industries.
• Relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people.
• Proactive, adaptable and growth‑driven with solid organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
