Talent Acquisition Coordinator – 4‑Month Contract

About the role

Join Certis as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 4‑month contract. You will support the Talent Acquisition team and broader HR operations by managing recruitment activities, coordinating onboarding, and delivering data‑driven insights to improve hiring efficiency and workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Support full‑cycle recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and offer administration.
• Assist with onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth and welcoming new‑hire experience.
• Provide general HR operational support and handle administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on manpower planning and maintain up‑to‑date compliance documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and workforce data, update dashboards, and generate performance reports such as hiring funnels, time‑to‑fill metrics, and attrition trends.

Required profile

• Available to work full‑time for the full 4‑month period.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and organization.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner across different teams.
• Experience in HR, talent acquisition, coordination, or data‑related work is an advantage.
