Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support IPA Advisory’s growth by managing interview scheduling, candidate follow‑ups, and ensuring a smooth, organised hiring process for the expanding advisory team.

Key responsibilities

• Search for and connect with potential candidates through LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture and other job platforms.
• Reach out to candidates, share opportunities and arrange interview appointments.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless end‑to‑end candidate experience.
• Prepare the office daily for interviews and recruitment activities.
• Maintain accurate records, perform data entry and basic recruitment tracking.
• Provide ad‑hoc administrative support as needed.

Required profile

• GCE O‑Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or candidate sourcing is highly valued.
• Comfortable reaching out to potential candidates independently.
• Proactive, persistent and results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple candidate conversations efficiently.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job portals is an advantage.
