Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

Cognita is a global independent education group founded in 2004, with 90 schools in 21 countries serving more than 100,000 students. As Talent Acquisition Executive you will help build talent pipelines across Cognita's schools and regional teams in the Middle East, supporting the attraction, sourcing, screening and engagement of high-quality candidates across many positions. The role is open to Singapore, Hong Kong or Vietnam.

Key responsibilities

• Use a mix of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, referrals and direct search to find candidates.
• Ensure candidates receive a professional and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support safer recruitment requirements.
• Coordinate recruitment events and employer branding activities.
• Work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver recruitment results.

Required profile

• At least two years' experience in a high-volume recruitment environment.
• Good understanding of recruitment best practice, policies and procedures.
• Organised, detail-oriented recruiter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly and take a proactive approach to finding talent.
• Experience in the education sector or knowledge of the education recruitment market is an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience using HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems is essential.
