Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

Join Recruit Express as a Talent Acquisition Intern and support our fast‑growing recruitment team. You will work closely with senior recruiters to source, interview, and shortlist candidates for a variety of client accounts across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates to meet client hiring needs.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes for contractors.
• Provide day‑to‑day account servicing and support business development initiatives.
• Assist in project management tasks and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum A‑Levels or Diploma qualification.
• Fresh or entry‑level graduate eager to start a career in recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
