Talent Acquisition Intern (Technology) – Jan to Jun 2027

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern focused on technology roles. The internship runs from January to June 2027 and gives you hands-on exposure to the hiring process for tech positions, with support from an Early Career Mentor and a Talent Acquisition Business Partner.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening: find and connect with technology talent using LinkedIn, Seek, databases and AI recruitment tools.
• Talent analytics and reporting: help design, develop and automate dashboards and reports tracking hiring performance, such as time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness and diversity metrics.
• Talent ambassador: represent NCS at career fairs, campus roadshows and networking events.
• Support projects across Talent Acquisition, from innovation pilots to process improvements and campaigns.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Human Resources or Data Science & Analytics.
• Passion for connecting people with opportunities and interest in people, analytics and technology.
• Confident communicator, analytical and comfortable working with data and Excel.
• Independent learner, proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
• Ready for a full-time internship of at least 5 months.
