About the role
A multinational FMCG company with a global presence, represented by its partner Timeo-Performance, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to manage end-to-end recruiting for 8 markets across Southeast Asia. The role reports directly to the HR Director, SEA.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: talent sourcing, comprehensive assessment and hiring of top professionals to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Lead improvements to recruitment processes.
- Act as a trusted Business Partner, giving strategic advice and shaping recruiting strategies for stakeholders.
- Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives.
Required profile
- At least 8 years of end-to-end recruiting experience in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Experience recruiting for the SEA region.
- Ability to act as a trusted Business Partner to the business.
