Talent Acquisition Specialist (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

foodpanda is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Regional People function on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. You will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent across APAC, delivering a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies that support the growth of foodpanda’s APAC business.
• Partner with senior leadership and People Partners to create hiring plans and maintain talent pools.
• Enhance employer branding and market awareness of foodpanda.
• Provide insights and guidance to global and local hiring managers on talent needs.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for all levels, including senior and C‑level positions.
• Execute sourcing, selection, interview coordination, candidate management, and offer processes.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment vendors.
• Stay updated on market intelligence, industry practices, and networking opportunities.
• Contribute to projects that improve Talent Acquisition and broader People functions.

Required profile

• University degree in any discipline.
• 5–7 years of in‑house recruitment or onsite RPO experience.
• Experience in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial or tech environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing candidates in the APAC market, including senior/C‑level searches.
• Familiarity with complex executive compensation packages.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume recruitment across multiple functions.
• Excellent relationship‑building, consultative, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English with strong communication abilities.
