Talent Management Intern (Jan-Jun 2027)

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for a Talent Management Intern to support its key talent programmes and initiatives focused on developing and engaging high-potential talent. The internship runs from January to June 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Management Associate Programme: support recruitment, selection and onboarding of the next cohort, organise learning, networking and other programme activities, and support engagement and development initiatives.
• Jedi Programme: support talent development programmes in Singapore and across the region, including Jedi Circles and camps, and work with stakeholders on planning and delivery.
• Talent analytics and other initiatives: support data analysis and dashboards, review talent engagement scores and trends, turn data and feedback into actionable insights, and help with other talent management initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in talent management, learning and development or human resources.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, organised and able to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team, proactive and willing to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
