Talent Management Manager

About the role

The Talent Management Manager will lead the full talent lifecycle for an assigned Service Group or Directorate, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline through structured programmes and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess talent within the assigned Service Group or Directorate.
• Support succession planning discussions and develop the leadership pipeline.
• Coordinate and execute talent development programmes and strategic initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Conduct data analysis and generate insights to inform strategic decision‑making and succession planning.
• Engage talent and senior management to align individual career aspirations with organisational needs.
• Maintain and update talent management databases, driving process improvement and automation where possible.

Required profile

• Education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
• Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
