Talent Specialist - Singapore

About the role

EduCLaaS (CLaaS2SaaS) is a pan-Asia digital learning and talent platform connecting education and workplace needs, delivering Competency Learning as a Service through the cloud. As Talent Specialist in Singapore, you will attract and manage recruitment partners, propose digital recruitment solutions and run recruitment initiatives that connect upskilled local talent with hiring companies, while providing career consultation and supporting talent acquisition for digital enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Attract new recruitment partners and manage existing ones to meet their hiring needs
• Propose and implement digital recruitment solutions that leverage an upskilled local talent pool
• Run end-to-end recruitment initiatives, including employer branding, outreach, networking, candidate shortlisting, selection and hiring
• Generate leads, engage in sales activities and manage client accounts to grow recruitment business
• Work with learning delivery and digital marketing teams on go-to-market strategies for digital capability development
• Target hiring companies on omni-channel marketing, tech-enabled operations and intelligent business solutions
• Provide career consultation and development advice to candidates, and source and match candidates across talent acquisition, contingent workforce, talent incubation and talent development consulting segments

Required profile

• University degree (minimum requirement)
• At least 2 years of B2B infocomm solutions sales and/or talent recruitment experience in the technology industry
• Experience in a technology start-up environment preferred
• Established network or familiarity within the technology industry preferred
