Tax Associate / Senior – Private Client Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Tax Associate or Senior to join our Private Client Services team. The role involves preparing tax returns, providing compliance support, and delivering tax advice to corporate and individual clients in Singapore and across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file tax returns and respond to tax bureau and client revenue enquiries.
• Assist in tax advice for corporate restructuring, financing, M&A, insolvency, asset and project financing, and disposals.
• Support inbound and outbound investment projects and cross‑border transactions with tax and business advice.
• Develop transfer pricing policies and documentation for clients.
• Provide tax consulting services, including indirect taxes and compliance.
• Work with senior staff to resolve complex tax compliance issues for companies and representative offices operating in Singapore and global markets.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification (ACCA, CPA, ISCA recognised).
• 1–2 years of relevant indirect tax experience, preferably in a medium‑size accounting firm.
• Good knowledge of Singapore income tax laws.
• Positive attitude, meticulous and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills.
