Tax Manager

About the role

The Tax Manager will support the Group on all tax‑related matters across multiple jurisdictions, focusing on real‑estate transactions, acquisitions, disposals and transfer‑pricing compliance. You will ensure accurate tax reporting, optimise tax structures and provide strategic advice to internal teams and external advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance for real‑estate transactions and entities in various jurisdictions, managing corporate tax returns and required documentation.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and local tax authorities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Lead tax structuring and due‑diligence for acquisitions, disposals and investments, advising on optimal transaction structures.
• Develop and implement tax‑efficient cross‑border structures, evaluating financing and ownership options.
• Provide ongoing strategic tax advice on holding structures, financing and repatriation strategies.
• Manage transfer‑pricing documentation for real‑estate entities, ensuring compliance with local and international guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5‑7 years of progressive experience in tax advisory or tax management within the real‑estate sector.
• Proven expertise in multi‑jurisdictional taxation, including compliance, structuring and transfer pricing.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations related to real‑estate transactions.
