Team Coordinator – 1 Year Contract (Singapore)

About the role

This 1‑year contract position supports the operational efficiency of Disney Consumer Products' Category and Retail team for the South Asia Pacific region. Based in Singapore, the Team Coordinator will provide executive administrative assistance to three senior directors, ensuring smooth calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense processing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for the Commercial Executive Director, Country Director (SG/MY/PH), and Product Development Director.
• Reconcile and process expense reports, submit purchase orders, and ensure compliance with Disney's T&E policy.
• Plan and organise regular team meetings, external partner visits, and related logistics.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture outcomes, track deliverables, and distribute post‑meeting materials.
• Collaborate with other team assistants to maintain clear communication across stakeholders.
