Team Head, Information Security Coordinator & BCP Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the COO/SSB (Security, SLA & Business Continuity) team and act as the Local Information Security Coordinator for ISAP at our Singapore centre. This strategic position combines operational leadership, information‑security governance and business‑continuity oversight for a major corporate and investment bank.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, organise and prioritise daily activities of the COO/SSB team, ensuring KPI achievement.
• Define team objectives, manage capacity and workload distribution to maintain service continuity.
• Monitor service delivery quality and stakeholder satisfaction, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback and drive engagement.
• Identify skill gaps, recommend training and up‑skilling initiatives.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex issues, fostering a culture of ownership.
• Collaborate with senior management to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
• Champion information‑system security awareness and disseminate security policies across the organisation.
• Manage Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Plans.
• Perform ISO 9001 internal quality audits.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in security, SLA and business‑continuity environments.
• Strong understanding of banking or financial‑services operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage cross‑functional teams.
