Team Manager

About the role

The Team Manager will act as an ambassador for Louis Vuitton, leading a store team to deliver the brand’s promise to every client. This role combines people leadership, client relationship development and sales performance management in a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing team, setting individual and collective goals.
• Drive sales results through floor management, cross‑selling and client outreach.
• Build long‑term client relationships using clienteling tools and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager, Field Coach and Merchandising teams to align on strategy, product performance and visual merchandising.
• Provide product category expertise, feedback to the Country Merchandising team and act as a reference point for the store.
• Communicate corporate strategy, conduct morning briefings and training sessions.
• Identify talent, secure succession plans and support career development within the team.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership in a retail environment with a focus on luxury or fashion brands.
• Strong client‑centric mindset and ability to foster long‑term relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
• Ability to provide market feedback and product recommendations.
