About the role
Join Royal Org as a TeamBuilder and start your career in marketing without prior experience. You will work on live brand campaigns, interact directly with customers, and develop foundational sales and marketing skills in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Represent major brands through in‑person marketing campaigns.
- Engage customers, build strong relationships and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign targets.
- Learn and apply effective sales and marketing strategies under mentorship.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
