About the role
Royal Org is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its TeamBuilder program as entry‑level marketing representatives. No prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or career changers who want to start a professional journey in brand promotion and sales.
Key responsibilities
- Represent partner brands in face‑to‑face marketing campaigns across Singapore.
- Engage with customers, answer queries, and build lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet campaign targets and share best practices.
- Learn and apply effective sales and marketing strategies under mentorship.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work on a full‑time basis in an onsite environment.
