Technical Consultant – Business Applications

About the role

Heineken is looking for a Technical Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement and ongoing management of business applications for its Singapore operations. You will work across Supply Chain and Commercial functions, ensuring that systems run smoothly and deliver value to the business.

Key responsibilities

• Support business applications across Supply Chain and Commercial operations, including Warehouse Management Systems and Distributor ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
• Monitor application performance, coordinate issue resolution with vendors and technical teams, and manage system enhancements, testing, releases and documentation.
• Collaborate with business users to identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in application implementation and enhancement projects, handling requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, training, deployment and go‑live activities.
• Understand and troubleshoot APIs, interfaces and middleware that connect business applications, supporting data migration, reconciliation and interface testing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of application architecture, interfaces and data flows.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance and Digital & Technology teams, as well as external implementation partners.

Required profile

• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in business applications, IT project delivery, business analysis or application support.
• Experience supporting at least one enterprise application; transferable experience is also considered.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
