Technical Consultant – Digital Identity & Fraud Detection

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Consultant to serve as a subject‑matter expert in digital identity, device intelligence, behavioral biometrics and fraud detection technologies. You will guide clients through solution design, integration and adoption of the ThreatMetrix Dynamic Decision Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor during onboarding and implementation of ThreatMetrix, translating business requirements into scalable fraud detection rules.
• Lead technical integration of DDP, SDKs, APIs and policy configurations across web and mobile environments, providing troubleshooting and go‑live support.
• Configure custom rules and decisioning logic in the ThreatMetrix policy engine and collaborate with fraud strategy, product and pre‑sales teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience delivering solution implementations for enterprise clients.
• Strong consulting and client‑management skills with the ability to influence decisions.
• Hands‑on experience in software engineering or mobile application development (native or hybrid).

Required skills

• REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript.
• Mobile SDKs for iOS and Android.
• SQL and Python for data analytics.
