Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

The Technical Delivery Manager will lead the planning and execution of the UOBI CADR rollout for the EDAG re‑platform project in Singapore. This role bridges business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that legacy hardware and software are replaced with modern, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the UOBI CADR rollout, coordinating all phases of the EDAG re‑platform.
• Conduct requirements analysis with business stakeholders and translate findings into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate technical teams to design and deliver solutions that align with the bank’s strategic objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and managing expectations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Allocate resources efficiently, assign tasks, and monitor team productivity.
• Leverage extensive experience with enterprise‑scale Data Lake and Data Warehouse initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical delivery and program management.
• Strong background in data platform projects, especially Data Lake, EDW and Datamart implementations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
