About the role

We are seeking a Technical Help Desk Specialist to deliver day‑to‑day technical support, ensuring users stay productive by quickly resolving hardware and software issues. The role involves assisting users via phone, remote tools, or on‑site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware and software problems through multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and user‑related incidents.
• Run diagnostics, verify system performance, and document outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and installation activities.
• Collaborate with users to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in technical support or an IT help‑desk environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Associate’s degree in a computer‑related field or equivalent training.

Required skills

• Computer hardware knowledge.
• Operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Fundamentals of networking.
• Common desktop software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
