Technical Junior Project Manager

About the role

EPOS, a leading POS digital solutions provider backed by Ant International, is looking for a Technical Junior Project Manager to join its Rewards team in Singapore. You will own the end‑to‑end merchant onboarding process, act as the bridge between commercial teams and product development, and help build the knowledge and automation infrastructure that scales the team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full merchant onboarding from scoping to go‑live and post‑launch handover, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Conduct post‑go‑live check‑ins, monitor solution adoption and ensure successful project closeout.
• Provide hands‑on training to merchants on solution usage, campaign management and loyalty best practices.
• Synthesize merchant feedback into structured product improvement recommendations and support pilot launches.
• Maintain a loyalty bug tracker and coordinate testing, rollout readiness and go/no‑go criteria.
• Perform market intelligence research, benchmarking competitor pricing and feature sets.
• Contribute to and maintain the team’s internal knowledge base and documentation.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional with strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Experience managing client‑facing projects or product onboarding.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with sales, product, technical and account teams.
• Detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
