Technical Junior Project Manager

About the role

EPOS, a leading provider of point‑of‑sale digital solutions, is looking for a Technical Junior Project Manager to join its Rewards team. You will own the end‑to‑end merchant onboarding process, act as a bridge between commercial teams and product development, and help build the knowledge and automation infrastructure that enables the team to scale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full merchant onboarding from scoping to go‑live and post‑launch handover, serving as the primary client contact.
• Conduct post‑go‑live check‑ins, provide training on solution usage and loyalty best practices, and handle escalations.
• Translate merchant feedback into structured product improvement recommendations and own pilot management for new features.
• Develop testing plans, document rollout readiness, and enforce go/no‑go criteria.
• Maintain a dedicated loyalty bug tracker and monitor product stability.
• Perform market intelligence research on competitor pricing, feature maturity, and customer profiles.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base, ensuring documentation meets defined mastery levels.
