Technical Junior Project Manager

About the role

EPOS is looking for a Technical Junior Project Manager to join the Rewards team. You will own end‑to‑end merchant onboarding, bridge commercial teams with product development, and build the knowledge and automation infrastructure that enables the team to scale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full merchant onboarding lifecycle from scoping to go‑live and post‑launch handover.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant clients, handling timelines, expectations and escalations.
• Conduct post‑go‑live check‑ins, monitor solution adoption and ensure successful project closeout.
• Provide hands‑on training to merchants on solution usage, campaign management and loyalty best practices.
• Translate merchant feedback into structured product improvement recommendations and work with product, sales and technical teams.
• Own pilot management, develop testing plans, document rollout readiness and enforce go/no‑go criteria.
• Maintain a dedicated loyalty bug tracker and conduct market intelligence research on competitors and customer segments.
• Contribute to and maintain the internal knowledge base, ensuring team competencies meet defined mastery levels.
