Technical Lead – Level 3 Technical Escalation Expert

About the role

Maintech seeks a hands‑on Technical Lead to own complex technical escalations for mission‑critical server and storage environments across multiple regions. The role operates at OEM engineering standards and serves as the senior escalation point for incidents that cannot be resolved by L1 or L2 teams.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of L3 technical escalations, assessing impact, urgency, risk and resolution priorities.
• Perform deep troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead major incident calls and technical war rooms, providing direction under time‑sensitive conditions.
• Communicate incident progress, technical risks and recovery plans to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Recommend remediation, upgrade, migration or infrastructure improvement solutions while ensuring compliance with SLAs and security policies.
• Support complex deployments, migrations, upgrades and system integration activities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capability.
• Ability to take technical ownership from investigation through resolution.
• Confidence making decisions during critical incidents.
• Excellent customer and cross‑functional communication skills.
• Experience operating in mission‑critical, high‑pressure environments.
