Technical Product Manager - Cybersecurity

About the role

X-PHY develops hardware-level cybersecurity solutions that protect data at its foundation. It is looking for a Technical Product Manager in Singapore who bridges technology, customer needs and business strategy to drive the development and commercialization of its cybersecurity products. The role owns the product lifecycle, from market understanding and product strategy to support for launches and the commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy and roadmap, and identify emerging cybersecurity trends and opportunities
• Prioritize features and develop product positioning, use cases and value propositions
• Translate requirements into PRDs, specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria, and manage milestones and release readiness
• Take part in testing, validation and acceptance, and represent the customer's voice internally
• Engage customers and partners, gather feedback, support proof-of-concept and product demonstrations, and work with Sales and Business Development
• Prepare launch materials, train partners and distributors, and track adoption and performance after launch
• Monitor competitors and the cybersecurity landscape, including ransomware protection, endpoint security, hardware security and AI-driven cybersecurity

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, product development, solutions engineering or technical product management
• Experience working with engineering or R&D teams and preparing product requirements, roadmaps and documentation
• Preferred: experience in cybersecurity products, hardware/firmware security, enterprise security, endpoint protection, B2B product management or proof-of-concept work

Required skills

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, enterprise technology, embedded systems, storage technology or hardware security
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer and business requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills, and excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
