Technical Product Manager

About the role

Vanguard Software is looking for a Technical Product Manager to shape the roadmap and delivery of its software and platform products. You will translate customer, market and commercial needs into clear product priorities, feasible scopes and measurable outcomes while collaborating closely with Business Product Managers and Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap for existing and upcoming software/platform solutions.
• Translate business, customer and market inputs into technically feasible initiatives, define scope, MVP boundaries and delivery phases.
• Partner with the Business Product Manager to align on priorities, investment recommendations and joint roadmap decisions.
• Develop product requirements, user stories, feature specifications, acceptance criteria and process flows.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, break complex requirements into sprint‑ready stories and prioritize the backlog.
• Maintain visibility of delivery sequencing, dependencies, milestones, risks and key decisions across Engineering, QA, Design and Operations.
• Support beta pilots, launch readiness and continuous improvement of the product.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management for software or platform products.
• Ability to balance customer value, technical feasibility, delivery speed and operational cost.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, QA and operations.
• Experience defining product roadmaps, MVPs and managing product backlogs.
