Technical Programme Manager – Data Centre Programme Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Programme Manager to support the Lead Client Technical Programme Manager in a major data centre product development and delivery environment in Singapore. This coordination‑heavy role focuses on accurate documentation, stakeholder communication, and keeping multiple technical workstreams on track.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate product development, programme and project meetings, capturing clear notes, actions, decisions, risks and blockers.
• Maintain issue logs, RFI trackers, action logs and delivery trackers; produce weekly flash reports and quarterly status updates.
• Create presentations, spreadsheets, work plans and programme documentation using platforms such as AODocs, Buganizer or eBuilder.
• Support change policy processes, bug coordination, content packaging and onboarding of engineering support resources.
• Track funding requests, contracts, invoices, purchase orders and vendor documentation; review draft contracts and invoice completeness.
• Escalate risks, blockers and dependencies early; support governance, commercial tracking and programme controls.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in construction, engineering, architecture, project management or a related built‑environment discipline.
• Background in civil, structural, architectural, construction management, project controls, PMO or technical programme delivery.
• Strong reporting, documentation and spreadsheet capability with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines and competing priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with AODocs, Buganizer, eBuilder, ACC or BIM360 (or similar platforms).
