Technical Project Manager – CRM Platforms

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, next‑generation CRM platform initiatives. The role involves steering large‑scale technology projects from concept through deployment, ensuring they align with business objectives and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of large‑scale technology projects and programs, from initiation to post‑implementation review.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources and risk management.
• Oversee multiple cross‑functional teams, providing guidance, mentorship and fostering a high‑performance environment.
• Engage senior stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
• Track and report project progress, KPIs and financial health to executive management.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and third‑party service providers to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of IT project/program management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the financial services sector.
• Proven track record of delivering large, complex enterprise technology projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
