Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead multiple real‑estate technology initiatives, ranging from CRM systems to mobile applications. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery cycle, ensuring solutions are user‑friendly, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage concurrent projects across CRM, listing platforms, dashboards, automation tools and mobile apps.
• Oversee the full lifecycle: requirement gathering, planning, UI/UX coordination, development, testing, deployment and post‑launch support.
• Review project objectives, workflows, integrations and dependencies to identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
• Coordinate developers, UI/UX designers, QA testers, vendors, business stakeholders and offshore teams.
• Track progress, resolve blockers, challenge unclear requirements and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field (candidates with strong programming experience may be considered).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, technical project management or IT/product delivery.
• Hands‑on programming experience in web, mobile, backend or full‑stack development.
• Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end software projects and managing multiple workstreams.
• Experience working with cross‑functional and offshore teams; real‑estate, proptech, CRM or SaaS experience is a plus.
