Technical Project Manager (Manufacturing Automation)

About the role

The Technical Project/Program Manager supports the planning and execution of automation technology projects within the Automation Technology Group. This role coordinates engineering activities, tracks project progress, and helps deliver automation solutions for semiconductor manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Develops project plans from conception through implementation, defining strategies, processes and resources.
• Manages schedules and task details using project‑management tools, reports, tracking charts and scheduling software.
• Drives cross‑functional resources to achieve on‑time, on‑budget performance and handles capital allocation, purchase requisitions and orders.
• Leads multifunctional design teams, providing technical leadership to internal, external and matrixed staff.
• Interfaces with customers to define objectives, provide status updates and prepare for release and deployment.
• Provides engineering and business‑process expertise on complex programs and resolves potential complications.

Required profile

• More than 10 years of experience as a technical project manager in global manufacturing or semiconductor environments.
• Knowledge of supporting new products, suppliers and obsolescence (FFF) is a plus.
• Self‑starter who works autonomously and takes initiative.
• Strong verbal presentation skills and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to attend meetings across overseas time zones.
