Key responsibilities

• Prepare project plans and coordinate deliverables from planning through implementation.
• Maintain matrices for process improvements and track progress with reports, charts, and checklists.
• Align internal resources to achieve on‑time, within‑budget performance objectives.
• Monitor and report cost performance to the business unit.
• Participate in intra‑business unit design teams and contribute to technical development.
• Research project obstacles and assist in implementing resolution solutions.

• Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline with basic knowledge of related areas.
• Understands best practices, market competition, and integration with other functions.
• Acts as a resource for less‑experienced colleagues and may lead small, low‑risk projects.
