Technical Sales Coordinator – Junior Executive

About the role

The Technical Sales Coordinator supports the sales team of a hardware supplier, handling administrative tasks and customer interactions for fasteners and related components. This junior‑level position is based in Pioneer, Singapore, and offers a permanent contract.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support for sales activities, including quotation preparation and order processing.
• Handle customer inquiries, deliver product information, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Process sales orders and purchase orders, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement to guarantee timely delivery.
• Maintain customer records, pricing data, and product specifications in the system.
• Monitor order progress and communicate any delays to relevant parties.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and management documentation.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of hardware products such as bolts, nuts, and fastening components is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail for handling sales documentation.
• Willingness to learn technical product details and sales processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including email.
• Experience using spreadsheets for data entry and reporting.
• Familiarity with sales systems or CRM tools.
