Technical Sales Manager - Refrigeration

About the role

Wilhelmsen is looking for a Technical Sales Manager – Refrigeration to lead profitable growth of its refrigerants portfolio in Singapore and the surrounding region. You will act as the technical authority for refrigerants, supporting regional sales teams and helping customers understand the value of our marine refrigeration solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of the refrigerants portfolio across existing and new customers in collaboration with regional Sales & Customer Service teams.
• Serve as the highest technical authority for refrigerants, handling advanced technical queries and supporting deal closure.
• Co‑own sales targets for the assigned geography and support Key Account Managers with budgeting and opportunity qualification.
• Define and execute sales activity plans, ensuring activities are owned, implemented, and recorded.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new‑builds and dry‑dock projects.
• Promote product campaigns, set sales targets, and forecast demand to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Planning, and Marketing to develop sales materials and tailored presentations.
