Technical Solutions Consultant – Advertising Technology

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to become the primary technical liaison for our advertising clients and internal teams. You will develop deep expertise in our ad‑tech stack and guide customers through best‑practice implementations, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep technical expertise in advertising products covering signal, measurement, and delivery solutions.
• Provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices, technical setups, and customized implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to pixels, ad servers, auctions, and ad delivery systems.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and internal teams to prioritize support needs and contribute to market‑specific service plans.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising, ad‑tech, or a technology‑focused role.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast‑paced or ambiguous environments.
• Customer‑facing experience with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem is highly preferred.
