Technical Support / Service Desk Executive

About the role

Join LGA Telecom’s Service Desk team as the first point of contact for clients, providing first‑level technical support for network and Internet services. You will help ensure uninterrupted business operations while gaining hands‑on experience with networking, cloud and security technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st‑level technical support for network and Internet service applications via phone and email, meeting strict SLAs.
• Own user incidents and service requests, ensuring accurate logging, tracking and timely resolution in the internal system.
• Identify, assess and document security risks, threats and vulnerabilities in client networks and systems.
• Prioritise incidents based on severity and follow escalation procedures to senior technical teams when required.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Problem‑solver with attention to detail, independent and results‑oriented.
• Passion for customer service and a warm, engaging personality.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; comprehensive training will be provided.

Required skills

• Fundamental understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN).
• Knowledge of Internet applications such as Email, Web and DNS.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems.
