Technician – Equipment Installation & Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Technician to join our team in Woodlands, Singapore. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, systems, or machinery.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot technical issues, and replace defective components.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Test equipment after repairs or installations to verify functionality.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to resolve technical problems.

Required profile

• Middle‑management level experience in equipment maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
