Technician – Equipment Maintenance & Service

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technician to support ongoing projects and maintain critical equipment in a hospital environment. The role involves delivering warranty, preventive, and breakdown services while ensuring compliance with local safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project execution and routine equipment maintenance.
• Perform warranty, preventive maintenance, and breakdown service tasks as assigned.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, pre‑delivery checks, and equipment assembly.
• Coordinate repairs, quotations, and spare‑part supply with customers.
• Achieve turnaround times of 4–10 hours on‑site during office hours.
• Work independently on‑site and be available for after‑hours or standby duties when required.
• Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSH Act) and relevant GDPMD/ISO procedures.
• Prepare and close job sheets promptly to facilitate accurate invoicing and inventory management.
• Follow risk‑management processes and aim for zero complaints.
• Participate in all required training and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Ability to work autonomously in a hospital setting.
• Familiarity with local regulatory standards and ISO guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to first‑time‑right execution.
• Willingness to perform after‑hours duties and standby support.
• Effective communication with customers and internal teams.
