Technology Account Management Analyst

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Technology Account Management Analyst to support its MPGS Payment Gateway product. You will act as the primary technical liaison for customers, ensuring smooth integration, operational stability, and continuous improvement of the payment solution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical account management support for the MPGS Payment Gateway.
• Manage end‑to‑end technical and operational relationships with assigned customers.
• Serve as the main contact for all technical, system, and operational matters related to the gateway.
• Build strong partnerships with internal delivery, support, product, and business teams.
• Identify opportunities by understanding customer technology landscapes and leveraging internal data assets.
• Partner with sales and business teams on pre‑sales support, solution design, technical reviews, and operational reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, production issues, and technical inquiries.
• Conduct regular technical and operational performance reviews with customers.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• Experience providing technical support for payment‑gateway initiatives.
• Proven experience integrating payment‑gateway solutions across multiple platforms and services.
• Operational management experience with acquirers and online/digital merchants.
• Fluency in Chinese and Bahasa is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of payment gateways and technical integration.
• Experience with web technologies and APIs.
• Understanding of eCommerce/online shopping platforms.
• Familiarity with security standards such as EMV 3DS and PCI DSS.
