Technology Governance & Operations Manager (PMO, Banking)

About the role

Fuku is hiring a Technology Governance & Operations Manager for its PMO in a banking environment. The role offers exposure to enterprise-wide banking technology operations, governance, risk and strategic leadership initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing operational transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop executive dashboards, operational reports and governance insights to support technology and business decisions every day.
• Lead audit readiness, including evidence coordination, remediation tracking and compliance reporting across technology domains.
• Monitor operational risks, vulnerabilities, incidents and lifecycle compliance, resolving and escalating issues promptly.
• Manage vendor governance, procurement coordination, contract renewals, third-party risks and technology asset lifecycles.
• Standardize operational processes, automate recurring reporting and strengthen governance frameworks, controls and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum of eight years' experience supporting technology governance, operations, audit or PMO functions in banking.
• Strong expertise in management dashboards, operational KPIs, executive reports and business intelligence.
• Hands-on experience managing audits, compliance evidence, remediation tracking and regulatory technology governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coordination across technology, risk, operations, procurement and leadership teams.
