Temporary Finance Executive (6-Month Contract)

About the role

NHG is looking for a capable and driven Finance Executive to join its team on a 6-month contract. The role suits a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of deliverables. You will support the existing team in financial reporting, budgeting and balance sheet management, while helping ongoing finance operations and improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial reports for management reporting
• Support budgeting and financial planning
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and clearing activities
• Assist with month-end and year-end processes
• Support finance projects and process improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
• Able to start work immediately
• Driven, results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong team player, fast learner and meticulous and organised

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience using Agentic AI tools to improve productivity and work processes
