Test Process Engineer

About the role

Micron Technology, Inc. is hiring a Test Process Engineer in Singapore. The role focuses on optimizing processes, tools, systems and AI-enabled solutions to deliver high product quality and operational efficiency in Test operations. It covers quality improvement, deviation resolution, process characterization and optimization, and supporting high-volume production.

Key responsibilities

• Improve quality in Test processes through data-driven and AI-assisted analysis.
• Resolve process and product deviations (e.g., excursions, RMAs) quickly using analytical and AI-powered problem solving.
• Drive continuous improvement through process characterization, optimization, problem resolution, effective control and AI technologies.
• Handle changes in test processes, including new process and equipment qualification and new product integration, to support high-volume production.
• Identify opportunities for operational excellence in Quality, Efficiency, Cycle Time, Delivery and Cost through advanced analytics, automation and AI.
• Lead and take part in improvement projects using digital and AI-driven solutions.
• Use AI tools to enhance decision making, automate routine tasks, improve productivity and generate actionable insights.
• Develop proficiency in AI, data analytics and digital technologies for smart manufacturing and business transformation.
• Follow the company's QMS and comply with ISO/IATF 16949 requirements where applicable.
