Tower Crane Operator

About the role

The Tower Crane Operator is responsible for lifting precast products and other materials on construction sites, ensuring smooth and safe material handling. You will work closely with site supervisors and the project manager to support daily construction operations. This role is essential for maintaining project schedules and upholding the highest safety standards on site.

Key responsibilities

• Lift precast products and materials on construction sites using a tower crane.
• Perform basic housekeeping and routine maintenance of the tower crane.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental and company policies and procedures.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Project Manager.
• Monitor crane load limits and report any irregularities.
• Coordinate with site supervisors to schedule lifts efficiently.

Required profile

• Middle‑management level experience operating tower cranes.
• Full‑time availability.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
