Trading Java Developer

About the role

Crypto.com is looking for a Trading Java Developer to join its Quant Trading team. You will help design, build, and maintain high‑performance trading and data platform components for crypto spot and derivatives products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop full‑stack trading platform and data platform components in Java.
• Collaborate with traders, operations, and other developers to optimise existing models and create new analytics, algorithms, and strategies.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release processes.
• Build rapidly deployable systems with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Identify and resolve back‑end infrastructure issues and cross‑stack problems.
• Automate and streamline trading, reconciliation, and analytics workflows across teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Experience in an investment bank, hedge fund, or exchange developing trading applications for equity, FX, or derivatives (traditional or crypto) is preferred.
• Familiarity with Test‑Driven Development and automated testing.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Fast learner who can adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑moving industry.
• Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Financial or trading knowledge is a plus.
