Training Centre Executive

About the role

The Training Centre Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our training programmes. This role bridges the gap between learners, trainers, and internal departments to deliver a high‑quality learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administer daily operational tasks of the training centre, including attendance tracking, course material preparation, and enrollment processing.
• Coordinate training schedules and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Liaise with learners, trainers, and related organisations to resolve queries and maintain programme flow.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote courses and maximise enrolment.
• Maintain strong learner relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for training programmes.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Customer‑oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Motivated team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work on weekends or public holidays when required.
