Training Centre Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Training Centre Executive to oversee the administrative and operational functions of our training programmes. The role involves coordinating with learners, trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of courses and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, preparation of course materials and enrollment processing.
• Coordinate training schedules and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Liaise with sales and marketing to promote courses and maximise enrolment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, handling enquiries via email, walk‑in and phone.
• Resolve customer feedback and issues within agreed timeframes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for training programmes.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Customer‑oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Motivated team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work on weekends or public holidays when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
