Training Executive – Retail Beauty (up to $5k)

About the role

The client, a leading beauty brand, is seeking a Training Executive to join its Travel Retail team. The role focuses on creating, adapting and refining high‑quality training content that brings brand storytelling to life, while supporting field execution to drive service excellence and retail conversion across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, adapt and refine training and education content aligned with brand guidelines and regional market needs.
• Create engaging multimedia learning assets such as videos, scripts and digital tools for hybrid training delivery.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of all materials in line with brand standards, product knowledge and service protocols.
• Support the execution of online and offline training programmes, including participation in marketing activations and in‑store events.
• Assist in on‑ground implementation of training plans and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Track and manage service performance through monthly monitoring and reporting of key metrics.
• Consolidate insights into regular reports and enhance data formats for improved visibility and decision‑making.
• Build expertise in makeup and fragrance to support training credibility.
• Maintain high professional grooming and technical standards as a brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in beauty, luxury or high‑end customer‑facing environments.
• Strong organisational skills with precise attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Professional grooming and ability to act as a brand ambassador.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for content design.
• Strong command of MS Office suite.
• Comfort working with digital learning platforms.
