Training Manager – Learning & Development Lead

About the role

dnata is seeking a Training Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of learning and development initiatives across its Singapore operations. You will guide a team of training professionals, shape L&D strategy, and ensure training programs drive measurable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing training team, setting clear performance expectations.
• Build cross‑functional relationships to identify training needs and drive engagement.
• Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Identify skill gaps and create targeted learning interventions (classroom, virtual, on‑the‑job).
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and ROI analysis.
• Oversee design, development and delivery of training programmes for all organisational levels.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to produce engaging learning content.
• Define and track KPIs such as completion rates, assessment scores and performance improvement metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading training or L&D teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent people‑management and coaching abilities.
• Ability to build relationships across functions and influence stakeholders.
