Transfer Pricing Manager – Global Structuring

About the role

PwC is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager (or Senior Manager) to join its Global Structuring practice. You will work on high‑profile, cross‑border projects, helping multinational clients design and implement transfer pricing policies that align with OECD and Singapore guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to understand business models and develop transfer pricing strategies.
• Conduct functional analysis, benchmarking studies, and prepare transfer pricing documentation.
• Advise on planning opportunities and support value‑chain transformation initiatives.
• Provide dispute resolution services, including Advance Pricing Agreements, Mutual Agreement Procedures, and audit support.
• Collaborate with an international network of specialists in economics, accounting, law, and project management.

Required profile

• Manager or Senior Manager level with solid experience in transfer pricing and international tax.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience handling complex, multi‑jurisdictional projects.
• Excellent client‑facing skills and the ability to lead and mentor junior staff.
